Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk (I used low fat and it worked just fine..)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the milk.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter until hot.
- Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
- Season with salt and pepper.
