Fluffy Pan-Cake

A friend of mine used to make this for me.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. On the stovetop, melt butter in large frying pan.
  3. Meanwhile in a bowl, beat eggs with a fork until frothy.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and milk.
  5. Dump the egg into the flour mixture and stir.
  6. Pour batter into pan with bubbly butter, put pan into oven.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Will puff up, edges will curl and brown.
  9. Take out of oven and drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar.
