Fluffy Herb Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons basil, fresh, minced
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, fresh, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, basil and rosemary.
- Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonful 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
- Serve warm.
