Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 3⁄4 ounces flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups chicken broth (for soup)
Directions
- bring broth, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour and mix with hand mixer until it separates into big pearls. Work in one egg at a time. Put dough into zip top bag, snip a corner and pipe into chicken broth.
