Fluffy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip (With Variations)

Made for strawberries, but good with other fruits.

• Yields: 1 Batch

Ingredients

• 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2  cups powdered sugar
• 2  teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2  cups  whipped cream
•  fresh fruit

Directions

1. Make the whipped cream.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until fluffy.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Serve with Strawberries or bananas or pineapple or your favorite fruit.
5. Variation 1: add 1 tbs grated lime, lemon or orange rind
6. Variation 2: add 1/4 cup orange liqueur
7. Variation 3: add 1/5 cup orange marmalade.
