Fluffy Cranberry Cream Cheese Pie

  1. In mixing bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring cranberry juice to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over gelatin mixture, stirring to dissolve.
  3. Stir in the cranberry sauce.
  4. Chill until slightly thickened.
  5. In separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla until fluffy.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Spread into pie shell.
  8. Beat cranberry topping until frothy.
  9. Pour over top of the filling.
  10. Chill (overnight if possible).
