Fluffy Cranberry Cheese Pie

  1. For filling:
  2. In a bowl, combine gelatin and sugar; set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, bring cran-raspberry juice to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and pour over gelatin.; stir to dissolve.
  5. Stir in cranberry sauce.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened.
  7. For Filling:
  8. Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla until fluffy.
  9. Fold in Cool Whip.
  10. Spread in graham cracker crust.
  11. Beat cranberry topping until frothy; pour over cream cheese mixture.
  12. Chill.
