Flourless, Zucchini Brownies

I found this recipe online at budget101.com( dirt cheap recipes). My husband is a huge chocolate lover, so I thought we would try it. He hates zucchini, so I was a little worried he might not like it. Boy was I wrong, he loves it they are so rich and chocolate you can't taste zucchini at all. Wonderful recipe.

• Yields: 16 squares

Ingredients

• 1  cup almond butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups zucchini, grated or very finely chopped
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1  egg
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1  cup  dark chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl or mixer combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
3. Pour into a 9"x9" pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
4. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
