Flourless, Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups zucchini, grated or very finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl or mixer combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour into a 9"x9" pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
