Flour Tortillas

Yields: 8-12 tortillas
Ingredients
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1⁄4 cups hot water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together till dough forms a soft ball.
- Form into golf ball size balls.
- Dip one ball at a time in a little white flour.
- Roll out till flat, thin, round as you can get them.
- Place on heated cast iron about one minute
- Flip to cook other side.
