Florentine Slice

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 3⁄4 cup sultana
- 100 g glace cherries, chopped
- 125 g glace ginger, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 60 g white chocolate, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 C, grease and line 26 x 16 cms slice pan with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate, mix well.
- Press into pan, smooth surface.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into 5 cm pieces, drizzle with melted chocolate, let set.
