  1. Grind whole flax seed to a powder in a blender.
  2. Place in a resealable container.
  3. Add cinnamon and cardamom; mix together.
  4. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. To serve, sprinkle over breakfast toast, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal or add to morning beverages.
