Flax Seed Matzoh (Dehydrated)

Yields: 4 crackers
Ingredients
- 2 cups flax seeds (brown or golden)
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup tamari (wheat free)
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Directions
- Put the flax seed in a large bowl.
- Add the water, tamari and lemon juice.
- Soak for at least 4-6 hours.
- Put 1/4 of the mixture on one teflex dehydrater sheet and spread to make a 7" square with an off set spatula. Repeat for each sheet.
- Dehydrate at 105'F for 10 hours.
- Half way through flip the crackers and continute hydrating.
