Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions
- Whisk eggs with butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes.
