Scallion Butter
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon green onion top, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Chili-Mustard Butter
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
