Flat Belly Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons low-fat Mexican cheese blend
- 1⁄3 cup egg white
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1⁄4 cup avocado
- cooking spray
Directions
- Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Cook egg whites and salsa until firm. (drain excess liquid over sink).
- Place eggs on one tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Spread mashed avocado on other tortilla and place on top of eggs/cheese side.
- Heat small skillet with cooking spray and cook quesadilla on each side until toasty and browned.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
