Flap Jacks

Ingredients
- 6 ounces butter
- 6 ounces brown sugar
- 1 dessert spoon golden syrup
- 8 ounces rolled oats
- 1 ounce self raising flour
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar and golden syrup. Add to oats and flour and mix well. Press gently into a greased and lined baking tin and bake for 20 mins at 180 (gas mark 4).
