Directions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients; heat to dissolve. Marinate steak in marinade for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator (covered).
  2. Coat grill with additional olive oil. Grill with continuous basting for 10 minutes, turning once.
  3. Slice meat against the grain (on a slant) very thin.
  4. Boil excess marinade for 2-3 minutes and use as sauce.
