• marinade

• 1  onion, minced
• 3  garlic cloves
• 1  tablespoon salt
• 1  tablespoon pepper
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 3  tablespoons  oil
• 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 3  bay leaves
• 1  tablespoon clove
• 1  teaspoon allspice
• 1  cup vinegar
• 1  / lemon

• meat

• 2  lbs  sirloin beef, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Directions

1. mix the marinade and put beef in overnight or until flavors beef.
2. thread beef on skewers
3. grill.
