Five Spice Shanghai Marinade

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup green onion
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until blended. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.).
- Note: It is also delicious with seafood, but only needs to be brushed on during grilling.
