Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, minced
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder (Chinese)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl. Add 4 servings of your meat of choice (1 lb boneless or 2 lb of bone-in). Stir to incorporate, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (only 30 minutes if using fish or prawns).
