Five Grain Health Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1⁄3 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄3 cup buckwheat flour
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal (NOT instant or quick cooking)
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast (one packet)
- 1⁄3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
Directions
- Put ingredients in your bread machine and make as directed on the dough cycle.
- At the end of the dough cycle, let it rest about 10-15 minute.
- Lightly knead to form loaves.
- Place loaves in lightly oiled loaf pans.
- Bake at 375 deg for about 30 minute.
