Fish Stuffed Biscuit Roll

Yields: 1 roll

Ingredients

  •  baking powder biscuit  pastry dough (using 2 cups flour)
  • 1 12 cups  flaked cooked  fish
  • 1  small  chopped onion
  • 1  chopped green pepper
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  •  milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease a baking sheet.
  3. Roll the biscuit dough to 1/4 inch thickness on floured board.
  4. Combine the fish,green pepper,onion and salt.
  5. Slightly,moisten the dough with a little milk.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spread this mixture over the biscuit dough.
  8. Like a jellyroll,Roll.
  9. Cut into 1 1/2 inches inch slices.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
