Fish Stew

This is a recipe passed down from my Aunt. It's very simple but tasty.

  1. Combine tomatoes, wine and parsley in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
