Fish Fillets Dijon

I found this recipe in BON APPETIT. It is delicious and so quick and easy. It calls for orange rough but it is good on any white fish. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Blend butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Spread half of butter mixture over each fillet, covering completely.
  4. Sprinkle half of breadcrumbs over each.
  5. Bake fish until just cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle parsley over and garnish with lemon wedges.
