  1. Saute onion, herbs in oil for about 30 mins if possible.
  2. Add tuna, water, frozen peas and mixed veges, and chicken stock powder.
  3. Make white sauce in a separate saucepan.
  4. Stir white sauce into soup.
  5. Add white vinegar.
  6. Check seasonings.
  7. Serve with parsley to garnish.
