Ingredients

  • 8  ounces  baby bell  mixed mushrooms
  • 12 shallot, minced (about 1 tbsp) (optional)
  • 5  garlic cloves, minced (about 1 tbsp) (optional)
  • 12 cup sherry wine (optional)
  • 12 cup  Frank's red hot sauce
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  •  oil (optional)

Directions

  1. Saute shallot and garlic.
  2. Add sherry.
  3. Reduce by half.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to boil than simmer until done.
  6. Serve with toothpicks or on side of a steak.
