Firehouse Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup dry red wine
- 1 1⁄2 cups ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, minced
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; blend well. Let sit overnight, chilled to allow the flavors to merge.
