My husband and I used to go to this little pub when we lived in Milwaukee and they made the best fried cheese in the universe! I figured out how they did them and it's just like the ones at Johnny Hammers! Now if only I could copy their Bloody Mary we'd be in business!

• Yields: 12 cheese sticks

Ingredients

•  assorted cheeses ie. mozzarella cheese, cheddar, pepper jack
•  egg roll wrap
•  oil (for frying)

Directions

1. Cut cheese into sticks and wrap with egg roll wrap. wet the edge of wrap and press to seal.
2. Gently drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
3. Let them sit for a minute and serve with salsa, sour cream, marinara, ranch-what ever your taste!
