Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package  semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
  • 2  tablespoons dark rum
  • 1 12-2  teaspoons  tabasco brand  pepper sauce
  • 13 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in walnuts, rum and TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate mixture about 15 minutes.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls, then roll in sugar to coat.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
