This is my favorite rub for ribs. I got it out of a Woman's Day magazine years ago. My copy is in bad shape, so wanted a safe place for it. Show more

Yields: 8 Tbsp

Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar (I use Splenda)
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons paprika
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons salt
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Mix all together.
Use on beef or pork ribs before basting with BBQ sauce.
