Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup Mountain Dew soda
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- put oil in skillet.
- add crushed cloves garlic and finely diced onion.
- peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on.
- add to pan fry.
- add tomato diced fine.
- add sugar.
- add mountain dew or sprite.
- cook 5 minutes.
- add cornstarch and water.
- cook until thick.
