  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl,cream butter,gradually add sugar and continue beating until blended.
  3. Beat in egg,lemon peel and juice.
  4. In a small bowl sift together the flour and salt,gradually add to creamed mixture.
  5. Cill for about 20 minutes for easier handling.
  6. Shape into 2x3/4 inch rolls.
  7. Roll in nuts,place on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
