Fijan Baked Fish

Serves: 4-6
Yields: 1 casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Directions
- Place the fish in a buttered fireproof dish.
- Mix the onion, cheese, salt and pepper into the tomato puree and pour over the fish.
- Bake at 350* until the fish is cooked. ( A good rule is to cook the fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.).
- Garnish with the parsley.
