Figs and St Andre Triple Creme Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16  ripe figs
  • 12 lb  triple cream brie (I prefer St Andre)
  •  pepper, grinder

Directions

  1. Quarter the ripe figs without cutting through.
  2. Pinch the bottoms and the fig will open.
  3. Slather on the St Andre.
  4. Have a pepper grinder handy.
  5. I know you are shaking your heads and going -- are you kidding me? Trust me in this -- It will turn heads. Sometimes simplicity is the best.
