Fiesta Dip

I found this recipe on a display in my local grocery store, it's by McCormick/Schilling. This is a very tasty dip that I've served at my Cinco de Mayo get-togethers. Very quick and easy to make. Enjoy!

• Yields: 2-3 Cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2  tablespoons salsa
• 1⁄8 teaspoon  ground red pepper (optional)

Directions

1. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
3. Chill.
4. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or vegetables.
