Fiesta Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups cream-style corn
- 2 cups whole kernel corn
- 1⁄2 cup ripe olives, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup pimiento
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup cracker crumb
Directions
- Combine corn, olives, pimiento, onion, green pepper, eggs, salt and pepper, Tabasco and cracker crumbs.
- Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
