Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups frozen corn
- 1⁄2 cup garden salsa
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a skillet on high heat melt butter and add corn.
- saute until cooked through (5 minutes).
- remove skillet from heat, add salsa and onions.
- add salt and pepper to taste.
