Fiery Cottage-Cheese Boats (Rachael Ray)

Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
Directions
- Toast pecans on a cookie sheet on low (325°F oven) about 7-10 minutes. Do not burn!
- Clean celery and chop into 2" long celery sticks (24 sticks).
- Mix cottage cheese, pepper, and horseradish together.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp on each celery stick.
- Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
