Fiery Apricot Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) jar apricot jam
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
- In medium saucepan, warm jam until melted, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, 5 minutes. Let cool before using as a marinade.
