Fiber One Pie Crust

This is a great alternative to a graham cracker crust that packs about 25% less calories. I've been using this versatile cereal in a lot of applications, and this is one of my favorites. Show more

Yields: 1 pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Crush the Fiber One cereal in a sealed bag or process in a food processor until a crumb consistency.
  3. Melt butter and combine all ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Press mixture firmly into a 9" pie dish or springform pan.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not brown.
  7. Remove and let cool.
