Yields: 1 12x17 jelly roll pan

Directions

  1. Spray 12x17" jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  2. Put dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. On stove, heat corn syrup and sugar just until it starts to boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Add this to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Press in jelly roll pan. Cool. Cut into rectangles.
