Fettuccini With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 3 ounces gorgonzola, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked, warm
Directions
- Whisk milk, wine, and flour in medium saucepan until smooth; heat to boiling. Whisk until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese, butter and pepper; cook 1-2 minutes. Serve over fettuccini.
