Fettuccini With Basil Turkey and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 9 ounces fresh fettuccini noodles
- 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1⁄4 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1⁄3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until almost tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
- Add cream, turkey, basil and cheese to the pot.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very hot and well blended.
- Add pasta and walnuts and cook, tossing 1-2 minutes until heated through.
