Fettuccine With Chardonnay and Red Pepper

Ingredients
- 2 cups Chardonnay wine
- 2 large red peppers, roasted and peeled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 ounces fettuccine, cooked
Directions
- Boil wine until it is reduced to 1/2 cup.
- Puree peppers and add to wine.
- Stir in cream.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cut basil into strips and add to sauce.
- Add sauce to pasta and toss well.
- Top with parmesan and serve.
