Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box fettuccine pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
- Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan.
- Add flour, heat until bubbly.
- Add milk and light cream.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese, salt and parsley.
- Toss with fettucine.
