Feta With Honey

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 1 lb feta cheese, cut into slices
- 1⁄3 cup honey
Directions
- With a mortar and pestle or with the bottom of a heavy skillet, coarsely crack peppercorns.
- Pat feta dry and put on a platter.
- In a measuring cup stir together pepper and honey and pour over feta.
