Feta Spread With Rosemary and Lemon

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 6 ounces feta cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to small bowl.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- (Spread can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.).
