Feta Filo Morsels

Ingredients
- 5 sheets phyllo pastry
- 100 g butter, melted
- 300 g feta, cut into 20 cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Cut each sheet of pastry width-wise into 4.
- Brush each sheet with butter.
- Put a feta cube at the bottom of each strip.
- Roll up the pastry, folding in the edges.
- Brush with butter followed by honey.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180C.
- Serve hot.
