Feta, Craisin, and Basil Pinwheels

Yields: 40 slices
Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 6 ounces craisins
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 5 (8 inch) whole grain tortillas
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in bowl.
- Spread evenly across surface of all 5 tortillas.
- Roll tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Cut each roll into slices about 3/8 inch thick.
