Feta Cheese in Olive Oil

  1. Cut Feta in to about 1/2 inch squares.
  2. Cut onions.
  3. Mince garlic.
  4. Add olive oil.
  5. salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Blend everything.
  7. Chill for 2 hours.
  8. This is perfect for baguettes, or any other bread.
